Audience: Teachers and Administrators with school and district subscriptions
Admins can download journals via the Classes and Students tabs in the school dashboard.
Classes tab
1. Locate the class for which you want to download the journal.
2. Tap [...]
3. Tap Download Class Journal.
Students tab
1. Locate the student that you want to download the journal.
2. Tap [...]
3. Tap Download Student Journal.
If a specific student needs a .zip file of their work, their teacher, a connected family member, or the student themselves (email accounts only) can also export that data to their device.
Please note: Over the next twelve months, Seesaw will gradually reduce the default retention period for inactive user accounts to 18 months of inactivity. This means inactive student accounts, including their journals, will not be accessible after deletion.
