Submit a request

Please enter a description of your request. For the fastest resolution, please include all relevant details to your request so that our team can support you. This may include the following: class name, email accounts involved, student names and/or ID numbers, school name, screenshots (see attachment section below) and device information.

Make sure you're using the latest version of Seesaw! You can see which version you have by tapping Profile Icon > Gear > Device Information.

You must be 18+ to submit a support request. If you are a student, contact your teacher for help.
