Audience: School and District Admins with paid subscriptions
School and District Admins are able to manage whether or not teachers can share activities to School or District Libraries.
📣 When an administrator disables sharing to the District Library for teachers, teachers will no longer see an option to share activities to their District Library. However, they can continue to share activities to their School Libraries. Note: in instances where a user is both a teacher and an admin, they will still be able to post to the District Library.

In the District Dashboard, go to District Admin Tools and tap on District Wide Settings.

In Activities and Assessments, go to Sharing activities to the District Library. The default setting is Teachers and Admins can share activities to the District Library.
- Select Admins Only from the dropdown.
- Tap the Save Changes button.
- Confirm by tapping Make Updates.
- Click on Done.
- When sharing a Lesson, teachers will see that they can only share to School Libraries.
- Tap on the gear in the upper right corner to access School Settings.
- Tap on Schoolwide Settings.

Go to Sharing activities to the School Library. The default setting is Teachers and Admins can share activities to the School Library.
- Select Admins Only from the dropdown.
- Tap Update Settings.
- Follow the prompt in the pop-up window.
- Tap Enter.
- When attempting to share a Lesson, teachers will see this option is disabled.
Administrators using Seesaw as a district can access the Library from their Admin account by going to the School Dashboard > Admin Tools and tapping Browse School & District Activity Library.
Once in the Library, tap on the dropdown to filter the Library to the entire district or a specific school.
Administrators can remove an activity from the School & District Library by by tapping the [...] and Remove from School/District.
