How to use the Seesaw Activity Library

The Seesaw Resource Library is a growing resource of grade-level and subject-specific activities and includes the Seesaw Library, School & District Library, and Community Library

Browse free ideas that are ready to be assigned to your students today - or modify any Activity to meet the needs of your students. The Seesaw Resource Library was built to help all Seesaw teachers find high-quality lessons that inspire and deepen student learning.

🌟 Pro tip: if you're searching for an activity, use quotation marks around the activity name in the search bar! This can help you find exact matches if you know the title of the activity you're looking for. For example: "kindness matters" will retrieve only activities with "kindness matters" in the title.

How do I search the Activity Library by standard?
Add standards to the "Teacher Notes" field and then the activity will be returned in search results.

Search for the standard with quotation marks, "CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.3.NBT.A.2" to access any activities that teachers have added with this exact standard.

How do I search the Activity Library by language?
If you are trying to search the Seesaw Activity Library for Activities in a specific language, there are a couple of choices.

First, you can search for the World Languages subject. This will pull up all Activities that have been tagged to this subject.

Additionally, you can update your search url to include the specific two-letter language code for the language you are looking for.

For example, using the url will show Activities in French. The url will show Activities in Spanish.
What happens to My Library from one school year to the next?
The Activities that you save in your My Library tab will remain accessible in your Seesaw account year to year unless you manually remove them.

If there are Activities that you would like to remove from your My Library tab, tap the [...] button and select 'Remove from Library.'
What happens to my Activity Library if I move from a Seesaw for Schools subscription to free Seesaw?
The Activities that you save in your My Library tab will remain accessible in your Seesaw account if you move to free Seesaw from a Seesaw for Schools or a Seesaw Premium Features trial.

If you have more than the 100 saved Activities allowed for free Seesaw in your My Library tab, you will need to remove Activities from your Library before you can add additional Activities. If there are Activities that you would like to remove from your My Library tab, tap the [...] button and select 'Remove from Library.' At this time there is no option to remove Activities in bulk.
