I'm trying to reset password but am not receiving the password reset email

If you have attempted to reset your password and are not receiving the reset password email:

First Step
Please double-check that your reset email is not getting trapped in your SPAM Folder.

Second Step
If your password reset is not in your SPAM folder, we can send you a one-time use password reset link here so that you can access your account. 

Please fill out this form and provide an image of a valid photo ID that matches the name on your account. We ask for an image of a valid ID as an added security precaution. We will not store your ID and you are welcome to block out sensitive information from the image. 

Google Account users
If you signed up using your Google Account, and you forgot your Google password, you will need to reset your password with Google. Reset Google Passwords here.

Microsoft Account Users
If you signed up using your Microsoft account, and you forgot your Microsoft password, you will need to reset your password with Microsoft. More information is available here.

Please note, Seesaw will never ask users to provide their passwords through email.
