Effective September 1, 2025, we’re updating our Data Processing Agreement. At Seesaw, we take our commitment to complying with global data protection laws very seriously. These updates shorten the length of time we retain personal data by default, ensuring it is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

The changes are:

  • Over the next twelve months, Seesaw will gradually reduce the default retention period for inactive user accounts to 18 months of inactivity.
  • The retention period for personal data collected to grant authorized users access to our services will be reduced to 60 days.
  • The retention period for data collected to detect and prevent fraudulent use of our services will be reduced to 60 days.
  • The link where customers subscribe to receive notification regarding updates to our subprocessor list has been updated.

You can view our updated Data Processing Agreement here. The changes described above are reflected in Sections 6.5, 6.6, and Exhibit A.
