Using Google Drive, Google Apps, Google Classroom with Seesaw

Add something from Google Drive into Seesaw

You can now add work created with Google apps like Docs, Slides or Sheets, directly into Seesaw portfolios with the Add File tool! Seesaw will automatically convert files into PDFs for easy viewing, or pull in photo or video files stored in Google Drive.

Say goodbye to messy link sharing and problems with connected families not being able to view files—Seesaw and Google can now work together seamlessly in your classroom!

This feature is supported across all platforms—iOS, Android and the web!

Add something from Seesaw into Google Drive

  • On iOS/Android: Tap the [...] button below the item in Seesaw > Share Item > Open In > and choose Google Drive. Then confirm the item upload in Drive. You must have the Google Drive app installed and signed into your account.
