Opting In to Client-Side Logs

Customer support will not be able to immediately identify issues for non-student users who have not opted in for client logging. Toggle this setting ON before contacting Support to ensure Support has all the necessary details to troubleshoot your issue.

1. To turn Debug Logs on, go to your account profile and tap on Account Settings.

2. Toggle Debug Logs ON.
