The differences between Student accounts and Family accounts

3.png Audience: Families and Students

Student accounts are mainly used by students for learning, while Family accounts allow parents to actively engage in and support their child's education. Both account types are important for creating a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

There are some key differences between student and family accounts:

  • Family members can view and reply to messages sent to the family; students cannot.
  • Family members cannot view the Activities tab, create a post, view or reply to messages sent to the student, see other students' work, among other things.
