Issue
If ReCaptcha images are not displaying correctly in the iOS App, you should ensure the following URLs are allowlisted so the ReCaptcha system can activate properly:
- https://recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api2/userverify
- https://recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api2/reload
- https://www.recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api2/bframe
- https://www.recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api2/anchor
Workaround for Teacher
You can set up Multi-Factor Authentication, which will bypass the need for the ReCaptcha images to display. Once you have set this up on your account, you will be able to log in to the Seesaw App.
Workaround for Student
- If the student has an email address, they can also use the same Multi-Factor Authentication steps as above.

Alternatively, as not all students have email addresses, students can also log in by scanning their individual Home Learning QR Code or they could scan a Class QR Code, which will also bypass the need for ReCaptcha authentication.
