Tracking Student Work & Journals

I would like to see a feature added where you can click and see a spreadsheet of who has turned in which assignments. Or a way to access a students to do list from their journal on the teachers end. Also, I would like to keep the classroom journal on but I wish there was a way to pick if it posts to the class journal, student journal, or both.

Thank you so much for this great feedback! Our team has just launched the Progress Dashboard, which allows teachers to view at-a-glance all the activities within their class, and which students have completed, started a draft, or not submitted work for each activity. This update is available online and for Seesaw for Schools and Plus users!

  • Please consider adding this data tracking support.  Teachers urgently need this feature.

  • Could not agree more! This would be a huge help and is a very crucial feature in gauging student's progress/ communicating with families. Parents can see how many items need attention, but teachers cannot.

  • Yes!  This is the most frustrating missing feature of SeeSaw!  No aggregated information on students' work!

  • This would be so helpful.  It feels very unorganized as is.
