Links on Ipad 4thGen are not working

Hi community.

When teachers send Youtube and Zoom links through a post to the students, I have realized that 4th generation iPads do not allow them to open the links. One gets tired of clicking the links and does not open the applications that are even already installed on the ipad with the latest updates.

is there any solution to that?

please let me know.

  • Can youo go to the settings> Safari and clear the browsing data? THis is what we had to do for links to work sometimes although not with the newest ipads.

  • I have brand new iPad using clever to get into Seesaw and zoom. The iPads are iPad Air 3rd generation (Wi-Fi) on 14.1 iOS version. The app keeps closing when trying to use both at the same time. It just started doing this with the newer iPads. How do I stop this from happening?

  • To allow the links to work on a new iPad I needed to download the youtube app and turn off the pop-up blocker in the browser.
