The option to only receive notifications for your own folders. When sharing the 'account' (is this the right word?)  for one student and specialist teachers are co-teachers, we all get all notifications for every subject,

  • YES. It is awful and super confusing to be a co-teacher and receive ALL the notifications instead of just receiving notifications on my specific folder. Our therapy department has a single student out of a classroom- and then 30+ classrooms. The amount of notifications is INSANE. There is no good way to retrieve the information we need.

  • I agree! As a related service provider I only work with one or two students per class. I am receiving notifications for every student in each of the 15+ classes (submitting activities, teacher approving work, teacher commenting on work, etc.). I get more than 2,000 notifications per day. It is VERY challenging to keep track of when my students complete an activity that I assign them or a when parent messages me. It would be great to choose the students, parents, or folders you want to receive notifications from.

  • It would be helpful to have something (like the red circle with a number that shows the number of assignments to review) that is separate for notifications. I'm a specialist with 15 classes using Seesaw. I have no idea of the hundreds of activities to review how many items in the number showing are actually only notifications. Perhaps a different color circle for notifications would be helpful.
