teacher access to student to do list

I need to be able to look at student's activities and see what they have and have not done. It is very challenging to not have a space by student to see their "to do" list individually, as the students and families do from their profile.

Thank you so much for this great feedback! Our team has just launched the Progress Dashboard, which allows teachers to view at-a-glance all the activities within their class, and which students have completed, started a draft, or not submitted work for each activity. This update is available online and for Seesaw for Schools and Plus users!

  • The student have a To Do, In Progress and Completed section under the activity tab. It can be further organized by folder.  So for families it is easier to track what work is complete or needs to be done.

  • Yes, I know that the students have a to do list. I'm wondering how teachers can see a student's to do list? I would like to know what each student is missing. Not who each activity is missing. Is there a way to do that?

  • As a teacher you can look at each Activity's grid view.

  • Looking at each and every activity's grid view is a nightmare, when what I want is to see what assignments John Doe has not completed.

  • I agree!! We just had one week virtual and it was a nightmare each day when I needed to see if each student completed everything assigned to them.

  • Yes, PLEASE add this capability, Seesaw.  It takes an hour to see who is missing what.  I'm paying for a subscription, and this feature desperately needs to be corrected.
