- For monthly subscriptions: We don’t provide a receipt for monthly subscriptions but you can view your purchase history if purchased through the Apple App Store using this link. If you purchased through the Google Play Store, please log in through this link to view your active subscription.
Please note, you will still have access to premium features until your subscription expires. Cancelling your auto-renewal will only stop your credit card from being charged in the future.
To cancel your Seesaw Plus yearly subscription ($120/year):
Web: $120 USD/year (20% discount off monthly rate). Click on your profile icon > Gear Icon > Account Settings > Manage Seesaw Plus > Cancel Seesaw Plus.
To cancel your Seesaw Plus monthly subscription ($12.99/month):
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please follow this link to cancel your subscription.
- If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, please follow this link to cancel your subscription.
For yearly subscriptions: Please email AR@seesaw.me with the email address you used to log in and the reason for the refund.
For monthly subscriptions: Seesaw does not provide refunds for monthly purchases. Seesaw's monthly billing is managed by the Apple app store and Google play store and, as a result, refunds are subject to their policies linked below.
