Why am I being asked to upgrade when my school has a subscription?

If you are receiving a message that you need to upgrade your account to Seesaw Plus in order to access premium features, but you believe that you should be part of a Seesaw for Schools subscription, you can do the following:

Check your account subscription status:

  1. Tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap the gear icon. 
  3. Tap Account Settings. 
  4. Scroll down to where you see Seesaw Plus and tap Manage Subscription. 

If you have been added to a Seesaw for Schools subscription, you will see “Subscription Status: Seesaw For Schools.”

If you do not see this status (you are prompted to purchase Seesaw Plus or you see a Seesaw Plus expiration date), you will need to contact your Seesaw for Schools administrator so that they can add you to the school subscription.
