What is Seesaw for Schools Premium Support?

By popular request, we're now offering Premium Support as an option for all Seesaw for Schools schools and districts! Here's what it looks like:

  • Premium Support includes same-day scheduled video conference calls to help you quickly resolve issues and support your teachers. Our Premium Support team is available Sunday through Friday 5am-5pm PT.
  • Designate up to 3 administrators who can use your Premium Support calendar scheduling link to schedule calls with as little as 5 minutes notice.
  • Premium Support is strongly recommended if you use Clever or ClassLink.

              

What if we don't purchase Premium Support?

Schools and districts that don't purchase Premium Support can contact our Support Team via email or by submitting a support request and receive a response within one business day (based on US timezones and holidays).
