Can a teacher take private notes on a piece of student work?

Yes! Watch the video!

With Seesaw Plus, teachers can now post private items or make private notes on items. These items or notes are only visible to teachers and co-teachers. Students and parents cannot access anything in the Private (Teachers Only) folder or Teacher Private Notes. For more information on the other features of Seesaw Plus visit: http://web.seesaw.me/seesaw-plus.

Activate your free trial of Seesaw Plus anytime by tapping on your profile icon > Gear Icon > Account Settings > Manage Seesaw Plus.

Once you’ve activated Seesaw Plus or are using Seesaw for Schools, you will see a button with a comment icon with a T inside below each item in your class. Tap on that button to add a Private Teacher Note.

On iPhone, you can add a Private Teacher Note by clicking on the comment button, then switching over into the Private Notes tab at the top of the screen.
