Just like any other new tool, it is helpful to set clear classroom expectations with your students about using Seesaw.
Questions you might want to consider are:
- When can students add items to their journal?
- What types of items are appropriate to add to journals? View our guidelines for journal entries.
- If your students can see other students work, when is it OK for them to browse another student's journal?
- If your students can comment on work, what does a good comment look like? Check out these commenting suggestions.
We've created an editable Seesaw Classroom Expectations sheet as a place for you to get started. Download it, make any edits or additions, print it out and share it with your class when you introduce them to Seesaw.
