How to edit a message
In the event of a typo or mistake in a message, messages can be edited. Conversation type, name, and members can all be edited.
- View the Message you want to edit.
- Tap the ... (or long press on mobile) in the bottom right corner of the message
- Select Edit Message
Please note: Editing is only available for conversation owners — in most cases, the teacher or admin that created the conversation or a teacher/admin if a family member created the conversation.
How to delete a message response
Note: only a message or thread response you have created can be deleted; entire conversation threads cannot be removed.
- View the Message you want to delete
- Tap the ... (or long press on mobile) in the bottom right corner of the message
- Select Remove Message
- Confirm that you would like to Remove Message.
- A confirmation will appear in the message that it has been removed.
