I'm not getting the password reset email- now what?

First please double check that your reset email is not getting trapped in your SPAM Folder.

If your password reset is not in your SPAM folder, we can generate a password reset link for you. To get this Password Reset Link, please contact us using this form (Use the "All Other Questions" option), provide a copy of your photo ID, and confirm that you'd like a password reset sent to you. 

If you are a Teacher please send your School ID badge or Government ID (driver's license, passport etc)
If you are a Parent please send your driver's license, or passport. 

To protect student data, we need to verify that the name on your ID matches the name on the Seesaw account before we can provide a password reset link.
